Fresh, local food from Haida Gwaii lovingly and expertly prepared by the chef Guilio - he knows how to cook good food. The area is gorgeous, the hosts warm and friendly. Really what more could you ask for. Definitely the freshest best meals on Haida Gwaii. They serve locally foraged and harvested ingredients in the most delicious way possible.
