I bought a car from Joe online and I specifically asked if there was any damage or issues with the car. He assured me that there was only a little mark on the rear bumper. Because I live in Northern Ontario I bought it on Joe's word. Well as it turns out DO NOT TRUST JOE! The hubcaps are completely scratched with one that has a chunk missing, there is a big dent on the rear fender that he claims that he didn't see, there are parts missing to the car that he never disclosed and he promised to change the oil and he did not do that. He said his mechanic thought it was clean and recently changed. Let me assure you that very black oil is not clean. If that's what his mechanic thinks that I am more than worried about the mechanical safety that he has done on this car and am wondering if it's even safe to drive. When I called Joe about these issues he said it's only about 50 to pull a dent but he refused to pay for it. He said he was going to look into the missing parts and has not returned my call. I recommend looking for a car elsewhere, anywhere else. How come in your response to this review you now remember seeing the dent that you claimed you never noticed? Grinded you on price? If paying exactly 150.00 less than your full asking price ate all of your profits, you should rethink your career choice.

Beware. Promises and statements made during the purchasing process will not be kept. Also they \safety certified\ the car with burnt out light bulbs. Once the car is handed over they will hang up on you if you phone them afterwards. Sketchy. Read the managers reply below. Here is the customer's experience: Sir, you should be ashamed for pulling your receptionist into this. She had a polite conversation regarding a forgotten oil change. Now you have to ask her to vouch for your claims of rudeness. Her role was to simply call you to the phone which was the extent of her involvement. You claimed that changed oil goes dirty very quickly when viewed on a dipstick. When you were queried as to which brand filters you use (which would be on the vehicle if you did the oil change, and could then be checked to see if it was replaced) you then hung up in the middle of the call. There is a photograph of an old filter in the vehicle, not a new one. Also there are photos of dirty oil. The vehicle has bulbs burnt out front AND back. Also when your sales rep was contacted regarding an extra 300 value on the trade-in, he agreed but then subsequently added 200 to the sales contract without saying anything. It would have been much more productive to perform the oil change as promised. You may choose to make disingenuous remarks about your customers but they will not come back.

This is THE BEST place to get your car repaired in the Beach. Mario and Joe are wonderful. Great place to buy a car too if that's what you're looking for. 10 starts if I could give it to them

Great, thanks guys! Joe came and jump-started my car. I then drove around to charge the battery and when I restarted it, it was dead (as Joe had suggested). Joe came out again, jump-started me and then changed the battery in about 20/30 mins. They were friendly and professional. Use these guys!
