Great experience! I was checked in for my appointment in less than two minutes and called back on time. Assistants were very cordial and professional. Dr. Elg took time to listen to my concerns and was very understanding of my needs. He exceeded my expectations in handling my tests. The office area and patient rooms were clean and comfortable. I am truly happy with the service I receive at The Queen Creek Eye Center. Before prescribing a medication Dr. Reed took the time to call me himself and was very helpful resolving my issue. It's been my experience when speaking to a doctor on the phone they tend to hurry you off the phone. I didn't feel rushed to get off the phone. That's the kind of comfort we all look for when conversing with our doctors. I would honestly refer my family and friends to The Eye Care Center.

Dr Elg at Queen Creek Eye Care has been my optimologist for 5 years. I have astigmatism and each year I want to try contracts. He is always very good about finding the right brand to fit my eyes. I also most likely take more time than it probably should but Dr Elg is always very patient with me making sure I get the right prescription. The best part is I am able to wear contacts. The office staff is always excellent; the office very clean and comfortable. Their selection of frames is also large and very nice. And at this time of COVID everyone in the office is doing everything they can to ensure the safety of their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Elg and Queen Creek Eye Care.
