Excellent attention to detail.

Everything is terribly rushed. My foot \massage\ literally lasted 20 seconds on each foot!! The entire Wellness Pedicure( which includes the whole deal excl colour) lasted 10 minutes. Feet are soaked in plain water, not even a bit of soap. My friend's manicure was done in 5 minutes flat! They don't smile and they don't listen, as she asked for colour but instead got one coat of clear polish.
