I received a seven day pill tray from your company through the VA. It is totally unacceptable ! It is too large for no reason, the daily trays are not marked for appropriate day, and the daily trays do not stay in the master tray. This is a horrible product you are foisting upon Veterans. The pills fall all over the place as many trays come out at the same time. How can this be corrected? By simplifying the design and applying a small amount of common sense. I have alerted the VA system to this failure and urged them to look elsewhere for this product. An angry American Vet, Medarey Westrum
