They don’t deliver so order for pick up or sit in their outdoor shack but definitely find a way to eat here. Everything is delicious and flavorful. Great portions and affordable prices. A no frills, solid, tasty meal- and they have a lot of veggie options. I can’t say enough food things about Arepas Cafe.
My first time here. Walked. Easy to find. Was seated quickly. Outdoor dining of course bc of pandemic. Heated but still kept a jacket on. Tables were spaced with plenty of room. Red sangria was great. Would definitely recommend the shredded chicken with white rice and black beans and plantains. Decent portion. No room for dessert.
The best arepas in the city hands down. Maybe my favorite restaurant in New York. Affordable, delicious, good vibe.
