I had a appointment at 09:40 am and like everybody when get to a place for rhe 1st time i got questions but the Security guard was very rude and didn't have the patience to help me and give me info, While she was eating she made me very Uncomfortable thats i had to live the place ,i will not go back again.....i hope the security guard gets replaced y get somebody who wants to help....i am very upset about it....

The worst experience ever! I've waited for 40 minutes and had only 20 minutes left before I had to go to work. So I asked the women if 20 minutes is going to be enough, she said yes. And after that she started doing everything so slowly, it seemed that she was doing it on purpose. And after 5 minutes she said: you know what, I can't do it fast, I have a headache, its better you go somewhere else. I tried to ask her if I can apply at home by myself, and she didn't even want to listen to me. She was so nasty. I don't recommend anybody this organization!!!

Update: The office is back to work and it was a quick and painless experience from how it was yesterday. Just make sure you file your application online and schedule an appointment. Print the application if possible to speed things up and bring the correct IDs and proof of address. Previous: Today, January 22nd 9am thru 2pm there is no service for NYC IDs. Unfortunately, this office is a mess. I went in to get my NYC ID and had scheduled an appointment online for the morning. When I got there, one of the employees told me their printing machines were down and they would probably come back up around two. It would have been nice if they could have called to let me know, and the others who showed up, about it before I left my home and cleared my schedule to get to work at a later time. Hope someone who is on their way reads this first before going back there to waste their time.
