I’ve purchased 3 vehicles at Paragon Acura so far. Our last experience with Jason was really great. He was patient with us and explained everything my husband and I needed to know. Thomas Ng did an amazing job for my wife and I when we purchased our vehicles. The fact that we had everything pretty much done before we arrived to the dealership was great. Especially with COVID anyone wants to spend less time outside the safety of their homes. At the dealer ship they followed CDC guide lines in order to keep everyone safe. And with everything being done over email and phone we were out within the hour with both our vehicles. We will definitely be recommending Paragon Acura to many of our friends. I initially was a customer of park Avenue acura in Paramus New Jersey, even though I'm from the Bronx, I traveled that distance, Paragon is closer and is my new place to deal with. Once my lease was over on my 2016 MDX. My lease ran 4 years, [ extended ]. I decided to give Paragon a try. I leased a Beautiful Canyon brown tech package MDX. I made an error and acura link was wrong. My vehicle; as told to me by Paragon Acura has automatic start. Not sure how Acura- link doesn't know. I was told the correct info from Paragon Acura Queens. Any issues, I may have had, have all been met. Thank you Paragon Acura, thank you Justin for your prompt response.
