This place is ridiculous They wanted to charge me 30 for my PD number which you can do yourself with a ruler. I figured I was already there and they had my info so they could’ve just had given it to me. But it’s Business so they just want their money. Don’t get fooled by theses eye exam places with they’re over price frames!! Get your eye exam numbers and Just go online!

Got my order wrong twice. Told me I didn't get the scratch reisitent coating when I did. Won't replace my lenses when they said I had a year warranty from day of purchase. Unfriendly staff. Always trying to get as much money out of you as possible. 150 for a contact lens exam.
The customer service here is EXCELLENT. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. My boyfriend and I were both seen and we had an extremely hard time picking frames. We took long and tried out almost everything in the store but they were patient and very helpful.
I love this place! Everyone is very nice, Millie, a very patient woman, helped me find just the right pair, at a price I could manage, get them quickly, and when I discovered a flaw in one of the lenses, they offered to replace it, no questions asked, making every effort to get them before I leave for vacation.
Great customer service! They Took their time and I walked out seeing better then ever! Amazing! I have my whole family going there now. Definitely recommend this place.
