Pathetic. Aircond does not work in the smoking area. No tellers in smoking area and most big punters play there. They must walk to the front to take a bet. Managers have no idea how to service patrons. They don't care. Also bets are given in wrong races. These people need training and guidance. I will give no stars at malvern. A am a regular punter and frinker at Hollywood
