The service levels at Sasol Shallcross is getting worse and worse by the day. It concerns me deeply, I fill at least R4000 a month at the garage as I travel alot. Yesterday morning I had to wait 10minutes until someone attended to me without any apology. Today morning at 6am the guy that was attending to me was so unfriendly, rude and not customer orientated, he was frustrated when I told him how much I need to fill. Then he asked me cash or card to which I replied card and he waves his hands in the air with frustration and gets the card machine. I questioned him why did you do that to me the customer he was in shock. I am considering not entering that garage again. However I will get videos of other people who provide great service and personally deliver it to management. Only reason why I go to sasol is because of my Absa Rewards, however I am willing to put my rewards on the line to avoid bad service at Sasol. Thanks Bradley Joseph
