Since the beginning of the year I am been trying to replace the arm pads and the seat of my Haworth chair as well as buying a new one. I have talked to Mrs. Claudia Coutinho, in the Portuguese office, to order the arm pads and she promised to send information on the replacement of the seat as well as the price catalog so I could order a new chair. After all this time, I am still waiting for the promised information. Support and customer service in Portugal does not work. Sorry to say, but if you are looking for an office chair find a different brand name.
