Upon arriving, the room was not clean, there was finger prints all over the buffet mirror, hairs all over the floor, a grape left by the lounge area, the cultery looked like it has never been washed before. Considering the current circumstances of covid19, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Especially when you have little ones and you're worried for their safety. There was no batteries in the DVD remote or the heater/ aircon remote leading to the main bedroom. In the middle of winter, you'd expect for the price you pay, it facilitates with what is advertised, heating! It didn't even work. For 15 years old, my mother's home has seen better days than this apartment. There was even a cobweb hanging from the ceiling. The worse part was looking in the washing machine and also the state of the bathrooms. Mould, rust, lime scale, everything that you wish you didn't see at a highly rated hotel was there. The showers looked like it has never been wiped down or clean, the glass was fogged up by mould and the grout in ever corner had mould. Don't even look behind the toilet. I have always stayed with Quest and this by far doesn't represent the brand at all and I'm extremely disgusted by it. Not to mention any of the benches or sinks were ever wiped down, the sink stunk of old spit and some smell to mask it and the air vents don't even work, let alone the old musky cigarettes you can smell coming from the shower walls. The bed and pillows must be made from rocks and my dust allergies played up. I'll never stay here ever again, for 384 for 2 nights, that's not cheap either. Even the toilet paper wasnt changed, it was close to finished and they still folded the end bits there to use. Talk about cheap! There was nothing superior queen room stay about this place at all.

The room was exactly what we needed, they allowed us to check in at 10pm at night. Only problem is how thin the walls are, was woken up multiple times in the night to hearing people shower and children crying(screaming).

Unless you want a room mate In your room don’t stay here. The walls are paper thin you can hear people chewing ( no joke ) their whole phone conversations And general conversation washing dishes Opening cupboards etc and any other noise made, not an overly safe feeling when your on your own with all the noise. When advised the lady at desk she was apologetic however advised me to let the travel agency know it was to noisy for future stays. Not great for business!! Bathroom not very clean either unfortunately. REALLY REALLY disappointing. Never staying here again

Great location just a short distance from the CBD. The studio was snug, well appointed, good amenities and very comfortable. I found the walls were paper thin, i could hear the lady in the room next room phone conversation clear as day. (Little bit annoying) the reception staff was lovely, super friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money. Would recommend.

One stay I had quite a large room with almost a seperate lounge area.... that was great. This stay I had a small room, which would have been fine, except in my opinion the loud bang of each door can be heard a lot during peak times - if you’re trying to sleep bring ear plugs if that would wake you up.
