Dropped off my truck for warranty repair on safety system. Expected repair to take several days. Repair was completed the same day.
They don't have a Quicklane here. The service advisor told me to come back at 3pm tomorrow and they should be able to get me in. I asked to make appointment to make sure i could get it done and he said just come on in and they could probably do the service. Not wasting my time to go back.
There is no Quicklane service at this location. 3.5 hours for an oil change? 3 minutes after the service/salesman appears he was trying to upsale me for 1000 service. They used to have a Quicklane and they would wash the car as well, but not anymore. I will go down the road to Sanderson Lincoln from now on.
