I was in search of a used SUV and I didn’t have a lot of money to spend on one. A very nice gentleman named Thomas came out to assist us. I told him what I was looking for, which I thought was impossible to find but my daughter and I had been praying that God would help me find a good deal if it was meant to be. So Thomas said he had a Lincoln he would like for me to look at, it was sharp looking for a older vehicle. He even let me bring it home for the weekend, other places I looked wouldn’t let me bring one home and that means a lot to me. I brought it back Monday morning but I needed it to have a remote start because I have to go out and start my car at 4:00am for work and for 2 weeks we had below zero temperatures was brutal and Thomas said he would have one put on for me. Gem City Ford came through for me and I purchased the car from Thomas and Bret done my paperwork very fast, I had to get home to get ready work that night. A Big Thank You to Thomas and everyone that made this possible for me. God Blessed me with a great purchasing experience.

Kevin had a great hand in helping me find my perfect car! It was a very smooth process and he always had the next car ready for me to take for a test drive before getting back with the previous one. The Lincoln MKC was the perfect fit and I couldn't have done it without Kevin and his guidance!
