I recently just closed out a major sewage back up in the downstairs of my house needing to gut my newborns nursery, living room and master bedroom. I was referred to Mike and told not to do anything without working with him. My family was displaced for almost four months and Mike was our savior. I did not have any idea how to get through all of this and Mike took care of everything, coached me through every step, and made my family and house whole again. This is a multi-generational review! Approximately 10 years ago there was a fire in a six family house that I owned with my uncle. My uncle, who is a contemporary of Michael's Dad, suggested we call Lynn & Lynn. At that time, I had no experience dealing with insurance companies or displaced tenants. After a call to Michael everything seemed so much easier to handle. Michael dealt with the insurance company, and helped with every aspect of this claim. About 6 months ago our daughter, who owns a condo in the North End, had very substantial water damage to her unit as a result of a leak from another unit. Based on my previous experience with Lynn & Lynn, I suggested that she call Michael. Michael immediately returned her call, set up an appointment with an adjuster and started work. She had to move out of her unit for many months, but throughout the entire process, Michael continued to reassure our daughter that everything would be alright. As parents, my husband and I felt very comfortable knowing that her claim would be overseen by Michael. At all times Michael has shown professionalism, knowledge and compassion. I have hired Mr. Michael Lynn twice during my time as a homeowner and I would absolutely, without hesitation, hire him again. His knowledge of insurance policies is not only comprehensive but enviable. With the hustle and bustle of three small children underfoot, the last situation I was prepared to deal with in daily life this past fall was a tree leaning on my house! The immediate feeling of uncertainty as to how to handle something happening to your home is unnerving to say the least. We worked with Michael and I can’t say enough about how he put us at ease in terms of being able to pull together a team of people to start on the restoration so that we could get ahead of any potential mold issues.
