I just paid for a consultation with this office in the hopes to retain them for immediate legal assistance. The call was dropped with the attorney twice in the first minute, and when I called back to speak with reception, they let me know he would call me back. Over ten minutes pass and the attorney finally calls back asking “you called for legal assistance; what’s up is everything all right?” Told then I was going to use someone else (absolutely unprofessional). When I called back to get a refund for my hour consultation that was already cut short 17min. They refused to give it back. I set an hour of my day aside and wasted over 15min on them dropping the ball and wouldn’t refund me 50 for a consultation I didn’t receive. You could hire them or experience a more professional atmosphere getting food poisoning from a restaurant.
