In March, Canada Post temporarily suspended home signature items due to COVID-19. Recipients were then required to pickup and sign for these packages at a local Post Office (Shoppers in Quispamsis). As a result of this service alteration, Canada Post had put more people at risk in contracting the virus. The day I went into Shoppers to pickup my work-related packages (along with others standing in line with me) was one of the timeframes listed for when a Shoppers’ employee who tested positive with Corona Virus was working (March 18th).
