Our experience here was absolutely stellar. We’ll certainly plan to stay here anytime we have to fly on or out of Quito. Comfortable rooms, spacious and comfortable lounge and dining areas and excellent food, reasonably priced.

I stayed at this hotel for work quarantine, so I was not allowed to leave my room. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was very nice with all the amenities and the hotel good was very good.

Great place and conviently located next to the airport
Bad experience. Because of cancelation of ticket, I had to stay in this hotel 4 days. Company pay whole meals, but service is really bad. Price is so high, and I get some daily menu, and if I want some from menu they charge me extra. They organize some new year dinner, and I don't have a space to eat there and have to wait, what si really disappointed. Than for breakfast same situation. Same day for the dinner, they serve me some biftek what they serve day before for new year, and was really bad. So, obviously they make differences of the guests which is unprofessional totally. From my part, never more in this hotel, and 4 stars maybe in the dreams.
Beautiful building design and modern amenities and rooms. The check in staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are generous sizes and very clean and modern. The restaurant has many options and was open until 2 AM. My only concern with the restaurant is the prices are too high. For example, 4 for a coke is a little on the crazy side. There is also a pool and spa, which I did not get an opportunity to check out. The location is perfect for travelers headed to the airport. They include a shuttle service with the stay. It is about 5 minutes to the airport.
