What an excellent find. We stopped by hungry for a late lunch and had a full 5 course dinner meal. From the starters through to dessert the food was well cooked, beautifully framed, and tasted amazing. We also had fantastic service with friendly conversation and genuine warmth. We will absolutely go again when we are next in the area.

Best place in Quebec to have venison. Excellent food!

Service was great. However, the food was nothing exceptional. All dishes were highly salty. The Karakoni (bison fajitas) did not come with the menu listed sides of "cream of roastes garlic and fresh herbs, red bean hummus and cranberry salsa." Instead it was served with sour cream, garlic mayo and the cranberries, which was a bummer and definitely did not enhance the flavor or experience. The onion soup was also to be served with grilled bannock, but was served with regular bread. The meat was nice and portions sizes are large and filling. I would give this restaurant another try, but only for more directly roasted meat dishes.

We got the Explorer Potence and it was delicious. Each course was great and with appropriate space in between. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable and made the evening a special one to remember!

Fantastic! Service was absolutely amazing and the food was unique and delicious. Prices were very reasonable considering the level of service and the unique dishes they provided. Everything was cooked to perfection and the tastes were outstanding.

We had 4 different dishes amongst us and had trouble deciding which one was the best. I have had chef Ramsey's venison in NY, and always try venison at nice restaurants. This was by far the very best venison I have tried. Daughters Wild Turkey was absolutely amazing and the venison bison ravioli may have been the best dish at the table. Hats off to the chef and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Unique menu items and good "game" meat options. Taste was good with nice presentation of the dishes. I requested Caribou meat (not on the menu) and to my surprise they were able to provide(!)...however charged 30 for 4 two inch cubes of meat! Overall menu price is high and appears to be catering to a "premium" category, however the cutlery and table presentation was similar to a "greasy spoon" restaurant.
