Q-Smartly is an innovative company which helps organizations improve quality of customer service through their cloud based SaaS solution which helps them manage their customer flow and also provide insights about their customers needs. We help Banks, Governmental Organizations, Hospitals, Theme Parks ,Telecom service providers and Restaurants achieve higher customer satisfaction and meet monthly/quarterly/yearly KPI’s and improve quality of customer service by offering them custom made solutions. We also have created the Q-Smartly application which will be launched soon in the Swedish market for everyone to download from the iTunes store and Google Play Store and use for free. This application will serve as a Service Provider Information Aggregation Platform where all of the service providers who use Q-Smartly in their business will be able to list their services along with real-time information about their business activities. We already are working with our first client and finalizing implementation of the project with them. Stay tuned for more updates.
