I had them install vinyl flooring in my family room. It was a wood floor look so we ordered extra as suggested. The installers were totally incompetent. They pieced it together using a ton of glue which they proceeded to leave on the floor and every doorknob they touched. My floor is now all wrinkly and not meeting any edges so it's curling up. I will never go there again!

professionalism stops after paid in full, i have a complaint over a crackling laminate floor they installed, no callback and refusal to look at complaint, dominick triolo

Gave deposit on Dec 30 and check cashed on Jan 2. Installer never showed and phone disconnected. Went to store to find it empty with a note taped to the door from another customer in the same situation. Matter referred to NY State Police in Brewster.
