At the beginning when Mr.Bob was there the place was dependable and service was excellent now that he is not there the place has gone to well you know. Last year I called to get a liner tuck and was put on schedule....five weeks later I had to catch a tude to get someone to come out and look. So I waited five weeks after service to pay and truth be told I would have waited longer had it not been for my respect for Mr.Bob. Now it's this year...I call tell them I have a serious leak as in the pool has completely drained itself and the liner is completely expoaed... I'm put on the schedule for June 1...two week ahead....well today is June first and I call as it is 1145 and I haven't seen anyone....the response I get is oh I have you on for Tues June 4th....and I calmly explain no you said Saturday June 1 so someone would be here...her response No sir he doesn't do service calls on Saturdays.....complete garbage....you have taken a business that someone has built and destroyed the credibility of it. Will never use this place again. I would rather pay extra for reliable and straight service.
