R & S Processing's a team of smart rubber chemist that are fantastic to do business with. Susan asked," what would you like us to do for you"? What are you doing"? (50&80 Neo. Compression Molding at 315 F temperature? 15 minute cure times). She said " oh no problem, we can offer our Master Batch.... My customer changed his mind and settled at 70 PSI hardness, so I am thinking oh no she did all the work to get me a quote and now she has to scratch it and do another quote. I called Susan again even toned voiced she says "no problem". I had my price per LB., their material number to order Etc. It was a pleasure doing business with R&S Processing. I thought I had gotten lucky, that kind of service is very rare, but no, Yesterday I had a issue called and asked for John Turner, he also was fantastic, he says send in your Lab sample, I will test with our Rheometer, fortunately the problem was ours, but the level of service is amazing, they can refresh your material if you do not have a mill, too. Thank you R&S Processing, for all the good service. My other vendor never provided along with my rubber.
