I ordered a flag from R&T's subsidiary called Neoplex Manufacturing. I ordered the flag 24 days ago, and still haven't received it. I've tried emailing multiple times, calling, and using live chat on the site. It appears that both R&T and Neoplex are not in operation anymore. But I guess they'll still take orders! Will be reporting to BBB very soon. UPDATE: I did receive my order. But it's not possible to contact R&T.
