We were in Jackson for a few weeks and needed an oil change. I looked around for a shop and picked the one with the most positive reviews I could find. Even though Rabbit Row was the farthest option from our house, it was well worth the trip. They got me in the same day I called and turned the vehicle around very quickly. I had barely run home before it was ready. Key-drop off was through the early-bird slot and payment was handled over the phone. Couldn't have asked for better service, both with regard to employee/customer-health safety as well as the timeliness of the work. On top of that, the communication from Sam was excellent.

They got us back on the road in no time and even let us borrow their loaner car so we didn’t miss out on seeing the beautiful area. Above and beyond service for our car (Mercedes GLA). Was driving through Jackson, WY on a road trip to Glacier and needed routine service on my recently purchased used Toyota Highlander. Didn't have an appointment as I was only passing through and got there shortly after they opened, not only were they extremely accommodating in taking care of my and my vehicle but Paul up front was super helpful in educating me on things my vehicle needed as far as regular maintenance and care. Couldn't be happier with the service and care the people and business provided. 10/10 would recommend!

They were awesome. Our Suburban's transmission failed when we arrived towing a camper in July 2020. They got a new one on order and did a great job on the replacement and at a fair price. Samantha, Ryan, and all were sympathetic and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough good things about Rabbit Row! Friendly and knowledgeable, fair price, and didn’t pitch us anything we didn’t need. As with most of these reviews, we encountered a bit of brake trouble coming down the pass and Rabbit Row came highly recommended...and RIGHT at the bottom of the mountain. We paid them a surprise visit and they got us in right away to get checked out. Samantha was SOOO helpful and accommodating. She and all the folks at Rabbit Row really know their stuff and took great care of us. We’re not from here, but if we were, we’d make this our regular shop.

We were on vacation with our family in Wyoming. At 4:30 pm the day before we were set to leave and return home our car sprung a fuel leak. I called Rabbit Row Repair and they were set to close at 5 pm. They let us bring the car in and stayed late to diagnose what was leaking and get the proper part ordered. They then had it fixed by 10:00 am the next morning! They saved our trip home! Everyone was great to work with and very friendly! I highly recommend them!
