Awesome dark room smoke free race track betting live in my states. Awesome drinks and bartenders know how to make a real drink. Friendly people in the lounge. Found this place because every other places crowded. Recommended for a awesome drink & horse betting & more.
Very lacking in customer service. Tellers will use their phone while you wait to bet. Walk up to the window and they ignore you with their phone in their face. The girl with the therapy dog is the worst. Sometimes she is even sleeping! Go to her line and you may not even get to bet. She maybe too busy playing with the dog, have her phone in her face, or just taking a nap. Foxwoods is where it's at, dont waste your time at this racebook.
Love the dogs and ponies. The TVs in the stations suck though. They intermittently wouldn't work to change channels or raise/lower the volume. No guide to show which track was on which channel...if there was one, I couldn't figure it out. The waitress needs to come around more often. Not bad though. Spent many hours in there trying for a big win.
Love the New Craft beer they offer.. New Belgium has a really nice variety for almost everyone
