On Wed Jan 13th, 2021, I visited Coquitlam Rack Attack to look at bike racks. The layout of the store was roomy and the employees greeted customers with a friendly hello. I was greeted by Jack who took the time with me to show me different bike racks, answer questions and at no time felt rushed to make up my mind on a bike rack even though the store was busy with other customers. In the end I picked a bike rack and was fully satisfied with my purchase. Excellent Service.

There are so many choices of racks- and you will be carrying expensive bikes- so I figured I wanted to be sure to get a trunk rack that fit my car. The team at the Coquitlam store took the time to walk me through what I needed to know and offered options. We opened the box of my too choice and set it up. The Thule Pro works great and I am not worried about losing our bikes by taking a short cut. Thanks Jack!

We went into the store to review bike racks. We were very pleased with the service as the sales rep, Jack, seemed to be very knowledgeable. Jack asked about our needs and made recommendations on a couple of different racks outlining the pros and cons of each. In the end we purchased and bike rack and it fit our needs perfectly. Thanks!
