We purchased a high end bike rack from Rack Attack, I was most impressed with the knowledge of their employee. He took the time to demonstrate all of the features of the rack and installed it right away while I waited. All in all, a great experience and we are extremely pleased with the product! Great team, very friendly and knowledgeable, spending time explaining product options and investigating those not currently held in stock. This was done with no hint of it being an inconvenience (this being the case at a number of other stores visited recently). Traveling from out of town, they were willing to put the purchase to one side and had it ready at the checkout when we got to the store a few hours afterwards. Great service.
