I've used Rack Servers for a number of years now and never had an issue that could not be quickly resolved. I'm on a recurring discount plan and have amazing value for the price. I only use it the service of a static site with a little PHP but have never had any troubles. Great support when needed.

At first these guys seem very helpful hence why i used them in the first place. But as time goes on you soon find out who is customer focused who is not when you ask simple questions...then you get responded to with if you want help USE A MANAGED SERVICE..!!then threats of deleting your files cause their credit card system can't take funds...rather than email or pick up the phone say Hi so and so theres an issue with payment..and so dropped these guys like a freakin hot potato and went to a better client focused group..!!!
