Had visited bank for diffrent issues from online banking to FD,Atal pension yozna activation but never got any solution.Their app as well as staff are less customer centric. I am expecting a call from last 10 days from their office for nominee addition in FD and activation of Atal pension scheme but seems waiting is like exile which is never ending. Looking for switching to other bank. [email protected]
