Our 89 year old mother broke her femur bone, had surgery and we needed to find a place QUICKLY for her to go after the hospital. After much research we discovered Radford Green in Lincolnshire and were very happy with them. They had great immediate customer service response, which we appreciated during this pandemic time, Cherie Clark kept up with text responses as to the status of our mother which was important since we couldn't go in and see her. The whole Sedgebrook development they are in is upscale and has gated security which made us feel comfortable. Our mother had beginning dementia and the nurses were very kind to her. Our family highly recommends Radford Green.

I normally go to another local rehab, but this time they were full. I took a chance and came to Radford Green. I’m very pleased that I made this decision. The center is kept very clean and anything I needed was delivered promptly. The nurses and especially the aides were wonderful. I had therapy every day and that did the trick. I went home stronger than ever.

My Mom had a tough year last year. In and out of the hospital and rehabs. She was lucky to have the time at Redford Green in the fall. Cherie Clark was wonderful to Mom and our family. She would check in often and let me know if she happened to see mom some days. It was tough not to see her as much with Covid. Cherie knew we had just had an awful experience and went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe to have our Mom in their care. The nurses, doctor and social worker were so wonderful to us as well. Its tough to go from a hospital interaction to a rehab as the updates come differently and care plan has a different focus. The staff was understanding and caring all along. Also, the PT staff, was terrific with my Mom. They were on the same page as us with the goals for Mom. My Mom liked this rehab the best. She kept saying how nice her room was... Like she was at a 5 star hotel. Thank you Redford Green for all you did for our sweet Mom. I would recommend Radford Green so much that I am trying to make sure I end up there myself. Of course that's 100 years from now when I need more help!

This was my first time in rehab, a good friend recommended Radford Green to me while I was in the hospital so I made a call to the admission's department. Kelly gave me information and explained about visits and other amenities offered. Once I got here I was greeted by the nurses and aides and felt comfortable with them. If I needed anything all I had to do was ask. This was a great experience. Thank you

My stay at Radford Green was great. The staff where very caring and helpful and therapy certainly did their job. Radford also has a program in assisted living called Stepping Stones that allowed me a few extra days to get on my feet. If I need rehab again, this is where I will come.
