Dr. Palmer is great! He is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to achieve his patients needs!I love that he offers so many different services! Jodi, who does his injections and lasers, is 100% the best! She is knowledgeable, informative, has great bed side manners, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of laser/injection services!

First of all, the staff at Radiant Touch is AMAZING. They have made this whole tattoo removal experience so easy. And they always go above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable with the process. Randi and her assistant are so nice and friendly, but also very skilled and get the session done quickly and efficiently. I'm in and out in about 20 minutes with no down time. Secondly, the technology they use is unmatched. If you do your tattoo removal research, PicoSure is the latest laser technology on the market and is super powerful, which is what they use at Radiant Touch. I couldn't be happier with how quickly I'm seeing my tattoo fade.. Much thanks to Randi who always makes sure to treat it as aggressively and as quickly as possible to help me see the results I want!

The staff here are amazing, but they usually quit as soon as they can because Dr. Palmer is beyond annoying. He barges into the treatment room while you're there for filler with Emily or Pelleve (which is done by a techs, not a doctor) and makes critical remarks. I didn't ask his opinion, but he told me I eeded Botox\. I don't. He isn't a plastic surgeon, nor a cosmetic surgeon. He's a heart doctor. He doesn't know a thing about aesthetics. The word I would use to describe him I can't write in this review. Go somewhere else, anywhere else to avoid him!

My face was ruined by Emily the injector. It was so bad I couldn't go anywhere for months for the bruises and deformations she caused. I ended up having to have eyelid surgery to correct her mistake. It cost me another 4000 and Dr. Palmer refused to pay for it. Even the 'laser' treatment I paid 1600. for didn't last no time. My advise- RUN, don't use these people!!!!
