Always Great Service. I've used Radioactive to both build and maintain my office computers for years, prices are good and quality of build is excellent. They have helped to fix our medical office computer Network as well and the tech can always diagnose and repair the problem. 5 stars

I have already been a customer with RadioActive for several months when my phone's data stopped working. I called them and had three separate conversations over a few days. The issue was due to an error on the company's end and not my phone, and it took a week for the service to be set back up correctly again. It was very frustrating and they lacked follow up and responsiveness. When it was finally resolved, they didn't do anything to rectify the inconvenience even though it was the fault of the company.
