Scheduled MRI at 6:00 PM, on time. Young man named Mark, so professional, courteous and understanding the patients feelings... The young Lady that preformed to test, was so awesome and had my feeling in mind.. MRI team is awesome, couldn't have found a better place to go.. Sincerely, Viv 10/08/2021

I felt the staff was very organized and keep everything going smoothly. The office, waiting room and examining room were very clean and comfortable. The machine that did the mammograms was much more comfortable then the machine previously used. The pressure was less and the positioning plates were a more efficient size. The technician was very professional and made an uncomfortable examine feel very do able and at ease.

I waited 1 hour in waiting area for a ultrasound that took 5-7 minutes to do. It was after 30 minutes of waiting and seeing others who had came in AFTER me get called back I went up to receptionist to confirm my appointment time her response was “did you check in” my response was “yes I did with you” I was notified I would be called back shortly I actually waited another 25 minutes before I was called back. My guess is the receptionist NEVER processed my check-in given she was trying to multitask doing something on her personal phone while assisting me and continued to talk with co-worker about the online menu and what they were having for lunch

Have never had anything but true \ world class\ care at RAT, from reception to techs to radiologists. Recently had 2 procedures. One in MRI: per usual, 100% efficient, professional, yet personal & courteous, from check-in to check-out. A second series was conducted in the Womens' Center. Same helpful, courteous, detailed check-in, a lovely, gentle technician (whose name I cannot recall), followed by a lovely US tech ( whose name I cannot recall), and careful, courteous attention by the radiologist. I honestly do not know how you maintain this consistent standard of care ( (which is sorely lacking in so many \ professional health care practices\ now). You have no idea what a difference it makes. When I came for my most recent exam a week ago, one of the largest practices in town---- where I had been a patient for 20 years, had arbitrarily cancelled my appointment, poorly educated techs had lectured me and hung up on me, not ONE compliance manager or \ office manager\ etc would even return my calls. That was Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic, which has obviously outgrown its capacity for professionalism. Thank you, all staff and physicians, at Radiology Associates, for staying true to your goals of courtesy and excellence of care. RECOMMEND UNEQUIVOCALLY.

The actual procedure was handled professionally, the follow up fell flat on its face. Records department couldn’t advise if they had forwarded the results to the doctor who orders the tests, then found out they had been waiting over two weeks for outside records. Absolutely zero follow up by their staff.
