Paul was truly amazing and has worked miracles! As soon as I entered the room he put me at ease, he has very kind and nice aura which goes very much in his favour for hypnosis! Paul was extremely helpful both on the lead-up to the hypnosis and the aftercare, ensuring I understood the process which was new to me. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Paul!

The therapy venue is very easy to find and parking is convenient. Paul has a very professional approach with knowledge and qualifications appropriate to Hypnotherapy. I had a series of sessions for fear of flying and and the results were very good. In the next month I undertook 8 flights 4 of which were over 10 hours each, the rest being anythinng from 2.5 - 7 hours long. I coped with all of these and although flying is not my favourite thing I am ble to take any flights with equanimity.
