George was fun to work with while I purchased my new to me car. I am thrilled with my Chevy Malibu! It had been almost 20 years since I had to buy a car and George helped make the process easier and more fun. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned how I was doing and if I needed anything. When my husband is ready to purchase a new car we will definitely be returning to Radley Chevrolet.

If I could, this would be a zero star rating. My husband had a horrible experience with this dealership. They had a new vehicle listed on their website, as well as Auto Trader, for about 45K. We also drove by the dealership and the vehicle had the same price listed on the vehicle. The following day he went into the dealership to view the vehicle and to possibly purchase it. The employees that worked with him were horrible. They increased the price of the vehicle up to 68K right in front of him and accused him of shopping around for vehicle misprints. This is horrible customer service and we will never revisit this dealership.

Amber was amazing. She went out of her way to find my vehicle and to answer a lot of questions that I asked. Tony was very helpful on getting the car ready to go and making sure I was happy with it. Johnathan in the finance office was amazing and I felt very comfortable with him. And the guys in the detail shop that came out and hit the spots that were missed was great. There was another guy who Tony got to help was the best overall. He used to work in the detail shop and he went way over the top for making sure I was happy with my vehicle. I wish I could remember his name, but he was great!!!!
