I've needed to see a doctor on two occasions recently, and have had only excellent, attentive service from the receptionists and both the doctors I saw, Dr Michael Becker and Dr Madeleine Wells. Thanks so much for making what could have been stressful visits, stressless.

Don't seem very professional. Very hard to communicate with and felt like a child when talking about vaccinations. When asking about the reasons for certain pricing, the nurse was very aggressive and defensive and overtalked me, even though I was just trying to clarify what the price was for. They don't listen to you and take things into their own hands, as far as I can see. Not coming in again unfortunately. Worth the trip to Hamilton.
