All types of cultural programs like musical programs, dance programs, theatrical performances organised throughout the year from various organisation. Pre-booking facilities available here with a minimum charges. Atmosphere is very good. Auditorium was well maintained and well cleaned too.

The place is good for arranging special occasions and celebrating other ceremonies. Spacious rooms and hall. Many weddings and school programs are organised here and are done smoothly. Very helpful staff the seats of the halls are very comfortable with enough chairs and space for everyone so I would say that it is a great place for celebrating with family on occasions. A very dear place for the cultural groups & audiences . Very cosy ( with A.C) are the sitting arrangements . The performance-platform is decorated with up to date technology . Lighting and sound system is very appropriately and beautifully applied here. Apart from cultural programs , the authority serves this two-storied hall for conferences & for marriage ceremony also . Booking for rooms of Raiganj Bhaban , (situated at Kasba-Golpark, Kolkata) is also done from here .
Very specious place and lot of rooms. You can conduct metting or any function like merraige or any short of things. Charges are also nominally less. Hall is very big and large where it can accommodate more than 300 people easily and it has different types of rooms you can opt as per your requirement.

The stage of the bidhan mancha is unique provision of Raiganj culturally people's with long association of cultural society. One of the most important and best efforts of the Raiganj municipal corporation. This whole hall is basically a cultural program and divided into two parts the other is in the conference room. The sound system is not very good quality but it is quite beautiful and fitting with whole system. Various small and big programs are managed here.
