I approached tulsinutrition when I was struggling with intense period cramps, PMS, bloating, water retention etc. We had an initial 15 minute call where she informed me about her holistic approach to her work. Thereafter, a consultation was booked. The consultation itself was very thorough, tulsinutrition was very professional, empathetic, understanding and clear. She explained everything in detail as to what may be happening within the body thats eliciting such symptoms. She deviced a very detailed protocol to follow in order to improve my symptoms.The protocol included many things such as specific teas, supplements, foods to eat and avoid, recipes, practices to do and avoidance of daily toxic exposure. The protocol can be overwhelming at first but she is with you through every step of it, helping you slowly transition into it. She is very understanding and you can contact her with any queries/questions you have anytime. I've been following her protocol for nearly 2 months, and I've seen a huge difference in my health. My symptoms have moslty gone, my periods are painfree and I feel more energised and active. Overall superb service provided which gives positive results. I also love the fact that her protocol becomes part of your life and you enjoy living a healthy and holistic lifestyle.

After being diagnosed with PCOS over 10 years and largely left to my own devices to manage it, I am so pleased I discovered Raihane and Tulsi Nutrition. My periods were lasting 2 to 4 months and happening throughout the year. After an initial free call to Raihane I immediately liked her professional and understanding approach and knew that it would be worth booking a full consultation. Raihane was thorough and patient with my history, symptoms and background and she produced an excellent plan that I still stick to now. My plan was personal and holistic as it includes specific supplements, tea, foods, practices and recipes that help me plus things to avoid and how to substitute and make them into habits by ticking them off every day. I can't recommend Tulsi Nutrition enough as this was the first time I was listened to and a targeted helpful plan was produced which has reduced my average cycle length and the lengthy periods are no more!
