For years I was afraid of going to the dentist and hated my teeth. I wouldn't smile for photos. I met Winny and all of this changed. She has an amazing approach to her patients, she made me feel relaxed and at ease in the chair. At the age of 44 I had braces to straighten my teeth that gave me the smile I used to dream of having. I attend the clinic regularly to maintain good oral hygiene. The staff are always warm and friendly and deliver a professional service. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and care I receive at this dental practise. Thank you Winifred for everything you have done and continue to do.

I've had many different types of treatment done, I have had a bone graft, bleaching, cleaning as well as fillers and botox. I have also had sedation All the treatment I've had done has been very profession and I've been very happy with all that I have had. I would defiantly recommend the practice to my friends and family. They are very accommodating to my busy schedule, especially with their Saturday appointments.

The practice is very modern and the staff are so kind that it gives the place a very warm and welcoming feel. I was very nevous about having dental treatment, so after a long discussion with Winifred about my options, I decided sedation would be the best option for me, and the whole experience was wonderful. Now two years later I am now able to sit in the chair and have work done with complete confidence something I never thought could be possible. Thank you Rainbird House!

I had been so unhappy with my smile for a such a long time, since having my braces done at rainbird house it has transformed my smile and my confidence. After completing my treatment I had some tooth whitening done just to finish off the effect. Now I am always complimented on my beautiful smile. I always found it easy to get an appointment and found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming.

I paid in full for an implant which unfortunately became loose at a later date. I contacted Rainbird House to arrange an appointment to rectify the problem. I attended the surgery and found the necessary surgical procedure extremely painful. I received a telephone call the following morning from the receptionist to ask if I was happy. Regrettably I had to inform her that the tooth was not set in the correct position. A further appointment was made on my return from holiday. As I had already paid a further 80 to rectify the loose implant which was of no fault of my own, I sent an email to Rainbird House requesting confirmation that I would not incur any further costs for an examination. No response was received from Rainbird House, a further telephone conversation with the receptionist refused to inform me, and I received comments which I found to be very unprofessional. The 'full circle' service which they claim to provide has been completely absent.
