We discovered a leak in the basement late one evening is June. I called Randy and he was here within an hour. He explained in detail what each step would be to take care of the problem. He recommended a course of action, took pictures for insurance. The next morning, his crew was here promptly to start work. They were very courteous and respectful and hard workers. They quickly removed all damage flooring opened the walls and had everything dried and sanitized over the next couple of weeks. Randy’s recommended sub-trades provided us with cost estimates and timing for reconstruction. Everyone that came in during this Covid-19 time was careful, courteous and professional. We're so glad we chose Rainbow for our home and highly recommend this company to all. Thanks again to Randy, Curtis, Terry, and Mark for your professionalism and expertise! The final product is outstanding!

I've dealt with rainbow for couple of water damage and I have to say both times I was amazed with their services and they're professionally customer service!! Even with this pandemic they definitely made feel like there's nothing that can stop them from finishing the job!! Definitely recommend Curtis and kirk are amazing to deal with!! After having water come into the basement we asked our neighbor if they knew someone that was reputable. They said they used Rainbow and were happy with the work and it wasn't a problem getting things done outside of the major cities. Terry, Curtis, and their crews made sure to test for moisture in the walls and flowing to make sure we won't have mold issues later on. They were professional at all times and checked in afterwards to make sure we were happy. I hope we don't have to use them again, but if we have water in the basement again I know who to call. Thanks!

We had an upstairs toilet massively overflow that caused significant damage to our downstairs bathroom. Our insurance company sent Rainbow over to deal with it and are we ever happy they did. From start to finish they were great in every aspect. The crew that did the removal were quick and very careful with not messing up the rest of the basement (covered carpet with mats, hung plastic over the bathroom door). Curtis was so great, was always quick to respond to emails and texts, even on the weekend! Went up and beyond as well, talking care of a few things for us that he wasn't even obligated to do to ensure we were happy in the end. Big shout out to Jim as well, was so meticulous in his work and it shows in the final product which we absolutely love. I hope to never have to see them again (because who wants water damage to their home!!), but if something would ever happen again we would insist to our insurance company that Rainbow be the one to come help us out!!

Kirk is a top notch professional! He is organized, respectful, personable, and has been very attentive to our family’s needs. He established a clear plan and managed to it, along with his crew, who have been fantastic to deal with. We have also appreciated their willingness and patience in explaining details and what to expect, as we were new to a process like this - an insurance assessment and ultimately claim. I recently had Rainbow complete a mould remediation project in the garage of a newly purchased home. Terry was our initial contact person and appointed Kedon to our project. Kedon was incredible to work with - timely, professional, and did an excellent job. Our garage has been perfectly restored, and I do not anticipate any further problems with it. Terry also made excellent recommendations for sub-trades which helped to get the work done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Kedon, Terry and Rainbow for any mould removal project in your home.

We had a clog that backed everything up. A rainbow team led by Kirk came in and ensured the drying, disinfecting and removal were done and coordinated trades to come in and assess damages. Now we will be on to the rebuild. So far everyone who has come through has been kind, courteous, professional and has followed covid safety measures.
