Stumbled upon Rainbow Music whilst searching the net for a quality dreadnought style acoustic for my son. I came across an ex-display Faith FRSBG and pinged a few emails back and fourth with Kevin. A price was agreed and I was reassured the guitar was in excellent condition and would ship and arrive, setup and ready to go. A courier delivered the guitar in less than 24hrs!! I couldn’t be more pleased with it. It looks stunning, plays beautifully and sounds amazing compared to the old Norman Studio I have. Think I might keep this one myself! Great service, great price! Best bunch of lads best shop by far exceeds expectations and product knowledge is outstanding customer service 5* look I'm editing this as I don't actually think my review gives enough credit in a time of online this online that call centres etc etc I like the fact I can walk in to this little shop of magic I can ask a simple question and they answer it they never hard sell or try to push you in to buying they let you just wander through and greet you with a hello they product knowledge is excellent and they have everything you need if your just starting out or are a full on Garry Moore or Slash etc also have a wee look on the notice board on your way out if you're n aspiring artists looking for a band or need lessons they are all on the wall
