Was treated worse than a child. The owner actually came out and attempted to put his hand over my mouth. He obviously didn’t want to hear what a long time customer had to say. Only got a response after I called the manufacturer. Have dealt with this business, and spent a lot of money over a 40 year period. Never again. When I get my mattress replaced that is only 2 years old I’m done
