I wasn't sure what rating to give Mr. Raines, so I had to leave a 3. I give him 5 stars for his dealing. He gave me 3 magic beans for my cow when I was down on my luck and I thought that was really great of him because he said I would find gold with them. 1 star was what I had to give him for later on, he didn't mention anything about the big mean guy that was waiting for me when I got close to the treasure chest and I had to run away.
