Chris is the best. ordered and he and Don installed a new RAINSOF conditioner . came back on Sunday and installed a bad water heater higjly reccomend

Choose another RainSoft dealer! I was a customer of theirs for years. Jason, the office manager and only person to speak to in the office, was always quite rude and condescending. (The only saving grace is that, Chris, the technician was very nice). After having an extensive issue with our system for which they came out 3 times to “fix” I became frustrated and called to ask for advice on what avenues I should pursue next, i.e. should I call someone to check out our well, Jason yelled at me, told me I was stupid and hung up on me. After years of dreading to have to deal with him, that was the push I needed to hire a new RainSoft co. We hired RainSoft of Baltimore and they solved our issue immediately and are so wonderful to deal with. I’m very happy to be DONE with this particular dealer
