I came to see Dr. Robin quite last minute while visiting family. I was super apprehensive because our vet in Vancouver is so great but the second I walked in the door, it felt good to be there. Super friendly staff who clearly love their jobs and Buddy was loving it too! Normally he shrieks when his nails are trimmed but I didn’t hear a peep. Dr Robin was able to test a lump I was worrying about and tell me the positive results immediately. They then said they’d send the results to my vet in Vancouver. I couldn’t find the other little bump during our appointment but of course found it that night. I popped in the next day on our walk and she checked it for us right on the spot. So blown away by the whole team’s kindness and compassion. Thank you all for everything and we will definitely come and see you again. Keep being awesome!

Robin and her team are nothing short of amazing. Raintree is the third vet office I’ve been to. Every time we’re there they make you feel like you’re at home & comfortable. Robin takes ample time and care to attend to your pet. She has provided us with many different treatment options for our lemon of a dog (lol). I am always so thankful when I leave raintree as I know our dog is receiving the best care.

She consistently goes above and beyond other Veterinarians that I have dealt with in the past. She is very experienced, confident, compassionate and caring. My dog is so impressed with Dr. Robin's skills (and snacks) that she followed her to the brand new modern clinic!
