Has a good aura to add to the aesthetic interior of the lobby. The food is good and staff courteous. The meeting rooms and halls are spacious and the disc trendy. Different payment modes are available. Parking structure has been built nicely for both cars and bikes. Good experience. Cozy place for celebrations and parties.
Stay was very good. All meals were tasty, yummy. We were a group of 6 members. All members like most were the meals served. Staff very responsive. All together it was a very good stay.
Currently this restaurant / hotel is closed. When it was open, it was one of the best restaurants in Raipur. I am hoping that after the flyover construction on the ring road just outside it, it will reopen and be better than what it was before.
Hotel sapphire in is a very neat and good hotel and its services are very good. The staff and the managemen is also well but the only thing that bothers me is the pub right behind it. But overall my experience there was very good and i hope to visit it again.
Great experience at Sapphire Inn...an abject example of professional hospitality with a touch of personal care and concern for the comfort of guests. It is a safe and secure place with good ambience. Food quality can be improved to include more health conscious variables of the usual staple dishes; otherwise the quality and hygiene issues are fine.
We celebrate farewell party in this hotel.. We lots of enjoyed... This was supb hotel...& good services. Now this time Hotel are permanently closed.
As the hotel has now shifted to new place which is 5km distance from old place if you go to new place & ask menu for a party they will ask you to go to old place. Once you drive & go to old place they will again ask you to go to new place as they dont have menu here as well. You guys really need to work on this. I was facing problem from 1 week only for menu. Do you think guests will like to come to your hotel after these kind of experience.
