Very bad and horrible experience. Highly disappointed by Mahendra travels. Mahendra travels even don't deserve a single star. Please don't waste your money. Buses are in pathetic condition; seats are dirty, and you can feel an unhygienic environment in the bus. They do not think about travelers or customers. Additionally, Mahendra travels, misguiding the customers; in their portfolio, they display luxurious buses full of amenities, but actually, these are the regular buses. Other bus operators are doing their job better than this operator and giving customer satisfaction. I will not recommend the Mahendra travels to anyone.

Best staff, providing best facilities, but labour asking little bit extra money for extra luggage... Sleeper class seating.. in corona time also they provide 1 seat for two passengers

Nice service even the staff is good. But I think the ticket is a bit costly. I study in Aurangabad I always go to Aurangabad by this Travel agency's bus . I'm giving 5 stars only because staff is so polite.

If you want to travel then never choose the bus number CG 04 MW 2591. There is no cleaning and nobody is wearing mask. The whole bus is very dirty. Even the seats are full they try to make it crowded. They can't even deserve the one rating. Very very pathetic services. They don't know how to talk to passenger.

Very very bad don't travel, during journey my Head broken by it's cotton pipe, and staff behavior is very bad, and drunkfull in bus

To avoid more waiting for passanger due to off-road vehicle ,before departure from boarding station ,they can arrange other bus ,but it's not happened ,and being a passanger i wait at boarding point more then 3 hrs due to bus off-road.
