Staff at reception (Shalini) behaviour is unacceptable. Unable to prepare bill properly, the gender of my wife mentioned as male in the bill and said it was by mistake, there were so many errors in bill. When asked how much time will it take for X-ray, she rudely replied टाइम लगेगा. Very bad experience

People sitting on reception are really rude and busy with their own personal issues. Diagnostic centre is good but staff really need to learn professionalism.
